Tacos

These are wonderful and quick to make for lunch or dinner. You can also switch it up by using ground turkey or ground lean beef.

*You can also top with a small dab of sugar free salsa in place of the yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. ground turkey or lean grass fed beef
  • taco seasoning
  • greek yogurt (low fat)
  • Romaine lettuce leaves (pref. organic)
  • To taste: diced tomatoes and onions
  • Brown the turkey or beef on stove top with a small spritz of olive or coconut oil spray. When meat is almost browned, sprinkle with taco seasoning and mix thoroughly. Wrap in a romaine lettuce leaf and top with a small dab of greek yogurt - add diced tomatoes and onions to taste.
